Vicki James is a veteran marketer who is passionate about customer loyalty. She has spent the better part of the last 20 years developing strategies and programs to build long-term customer relationships for companies across multiple industries, including retail, sports, publishing, and financial services.
A co-founder of IncentEdge LLC, Vicki works directly with clients to review, build, and implement customer loyalty initiatives from strategy through implementation. Her customer-centric strategies and programs have yielded tangible results for companies such as Sportmart, The Chicago Tribune, Spencer Gifts, Milwaukee Brewers, and Bridgestone-Firestone.
Vicki ‘s extensive experience has led to numerous published bylined articles on the subject of customer loyalty for publications such as Direct Magazine, DM News, CRM Marketplace, and Sports Business Journal and is author of the white paper, “The Seven Deadly Sins of Building Customer Loyalty”.
In addition, Vicki is co-author of two patents for loyalty processes and technology.
